Edinburgh has spoken… and we’re incredibly proud to be rated one of the top pancake spots in the city.
At Tani Modi, pancakes have never just been about piling on supermarket spreads and calling it creativity.
That’s exactly why last year we made the decision to move away from toppings like Nutella and Biscoff. Not because they aren’t popular, but because we believe great pancakes deserve more than branded jars anyone can buy off a shelf.
Our new menu is built around flavour, craftsmanship and toppings our chefs can truly be proud of. The kind made in-house, thoughtfully balanced, and designed to make every pancake feel special.
Our signature Pistachio Pancake remains a crowd favourite.
New to the menu:
• Blueberry Pancake with lemon curd, yoghurt, candied lemon peel & meringue
• Peach Melba Pavlova Pancake
• The new three-stack “Tani Stack” loaded with exciting toppings
